Co-Founder | Continuity & Operational Resilience Advisor
Pete is an emergency management professional and FEMA Master Continuity Practitioner, specializing in operational resilience and continuity planning. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Crisis & Disaster Management from the University of Central Missouri and is completing a Master of Public Administration at LSU.
An Iowa Certified Emergency Manager, Pete provides executive advisory services in business continuity, tabletop exercise design, and coordinated crisis response. He translates federal continuity doctrine into practical, scalable solutions for small businesses and nonprofit organizations, helping leaders maintain operational stability during disruption.
Janelle Brisbine, BA
Co-Founder | Crisis Communications & Strategic Messaging Advisor
Janelle is an award-winning communications strategist specializing in crisis messaging and executive communications. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Northern Iowa and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Emergency Management and Crisis Communications from Millersville University.
A two-time Emmy recipient with five additional nominations and a published author, Janelle advises organizations on crisis communication planning, spokesperson development, and reputation protection during high-pressure situations.
